I think there many factors. Ah, that got me where I am to that Better biggest one is probably, um, for maize working hard. Oh, I think I remember, um, doing what? I was at school in college and do masters. I was trying to just do always do extra work. Good extra internship and, uh, thank you, Mike. Well, I'm doing my undergrad like everyone is required to do an internship to graduate. But I did to, um, I'll or just just as many I could find. Um, and I think that definitely helped it to good. Where I'm at today. And, um, like, they also just, uh, help me to have the just, like a good perspective that no matter how I do, I always

um, we have many responsibilities for my job because at the Lloyd we have many functions. Sometime the functions on that we will be, um, ask too, how power other functions. But most of the time we do when we do financial stone out and analysis. Um, we have to make sure that the Ted Data Integrity's there who have to check that. What crying givers is accurate. Um, and we have to make sense of it, make sure that nothing is wrong and everything is just sounded and reasonable. Um, if we see something that we feel, there is a problem that will have to make the decision if we want to tell the clients that we want a new set of debt, our like we won too, Maybe or like we can still try to work with what we have just need, like extra stuff. Um, in our weekly hour of Berries, usually depends on the clients. When they issued their financial statements, usually between 21 to 2 months before that, we worked for about 55 hours. That's required, but besides that, we work about 40 hours a week, just regularly

um, you know, um, because I enjoy what I do. So one of the challenges probably meeting that deadline. Um, And the work with people across the globe, um, like very often we have to work with people from different states or even from different country. We also utilize, um, us. I, which is, um, pretty much just still Dewey India were so very often they have different timeline. So we have to wake up or stay lay, you know, there to talk with them. And, um, just to make sure that I, um way both understand what we're doing on that is a challenge, because, um were we're like, at the client's size, though we know what's going on. But when we talk to our co occurs from India, it's harder for them to understand what's going on because they're here. They don't see it. What's going on? Instead, they can only listen to our directions so it could be hard. But, um, But when we are dealing with those challenges, we just try to usually do Zim coal. So it is. And we just tried to make things problems as clear as possible. So both of us are on the same page, um, so that if they help
