So, um, I'm ah, I'm owner and founder of ah small recruiting firm called Bullseye Recruiting. We specialize in finding, uh, sales recruiting talent across the United States on the globe. Um, and I have been a recruiter since graduating from college, um, at the University of Mississippi. And the way ah, I got started in the business was just by happenstance. Is one somebody that Ah, um I knew ah. From college That said, Hey, would you like to try check this industry out? And I said, Sure, and I've been in an ever since. I've had an opportunity to work for some big organizations like Dell and eBay and Rosetta Stone. Um And then in 2012 I decided I wanted to blawg, Um, and because of the blog's success and the brand recognition kind of blew up, um, I started my own firm in 2015 on. We since then have become one of the most successful cells recruiting agencies in the United States. So that's my background. How I got involved in, um you know, I guess, um you know, I guess just always listen to your toe options and find what your passion is when you're trying to find a career
So, fortunately, I don't have to travel. Um, as a recruiter, it's an industry where you can do everything over the phone and you could be anywhere in the United States. So, um, I do travel with my family. I have a young family and were able to go all over the U. S. And the clients don't need to know when you could be over zoom, Um, my day to day responsibilities. I simply, um, have to find candidates for jobs. I have to find clients that want to hire, um and, um, you know, because of that, I have to negotiate pay rates. I have to negotiate, um, terms with the client. Um, and then I have to close deals to make sure that ah, the candidates actually show up, you know, on sites on. And then I have to make sure they're happy. Um, have to be there. Um, you know, 90 days, um, or I'll have to replace them. So I worked very hard and trying to find the right fit for individuals. Not just a job
So some of the main tools. I used it on a day to day basis I live in. Breathe on, lengthen. Um, it's a way for me toe to find candidates. Um, passive and active looking candidates. Um, I use, uh, with a call an applicant tracking system to basically store all the candidates on all the applicants I post jobs on. Indeed. Um, and I post jobs other areas as well. Um, through my applicant tracking system called Cree Late. Um, I use Gmail daily. I used all the tools that Aaron Ah, Gmail or Google. That's my main platform. Um, and you know, we we track everything we do on on Google.
