absolutely so I actually went to school. My undergraduate was from University of Pittsburgh In accounting. Eso started off my career path in the accounting finance field. I was an auditor with Deloitte right out of school, and I spent about 12 years or so in corporate accounting. Got to a point where I wanted to kind of change career direction. So I ended up going to London, and I did a master's program for a year. Their masters in leadership, innovation and creativity from CASS Business School, City University of London and I came back, come back to the States after that and shifted gears completely and uh, has docked me where I'm at today, which is working for PetSmart corporate headquarters in Phoenix as the Leadership Development Program manager.
my role really is designed Teoh kind of create and execute the leadership development strategy for the entire enterprise, so that spans our corporate offices are distribution centers and our field of which has about 1600 different locations. So that is, I would say, is kind of the bulk of my work. I do a lot of facilitation as well for, you know, team building sessions, just leadership development, executive development in house courses as well. And I would say, weekly work hours. It varies. I would say, You know, overall, it's been really great. PetSmart really puts emphasis on a work life balance, and I really appreciate that. So I would say you do have probably should average of 40 to 45 hours in a week, miss Far in his travel. I haven't actually really traveled at all, even prior to where we're at today. Most of my work right now is from working from home, but, um, travels pretty limited because we do use our virtual technology capabilities
