Is the question Do you ask before you know one of the major challenges they face? So I give you a little empathy about them, So I would highly recommend. I didn't think that if a kid came to me or somebody came to me and said, I want to speak with the CEO and that's happened on a couple of occasions. I thought it was great. I loved it.
