eso. The story starts in the late eighties. Early nineties. I'm mechanical engineering, undergraduate on board, but I was not actually satisfied with what I did. I mean, I just went with the walls in, got good grades in my high school, went to engineering all my friends went toe that stream. So which is why I actually chose that. So it was not any conscious decision to go to that particular stream later. I started actually realizing this inquisitiveness and software was new at that time, right? So I started doing on my own. Actually, some of the software courses on guard started learning, and that generated tremendous interest. Right? And which is how we got into software. Internet came along in, actually, 95. You. So I got interested in weight software design, and I always had this in my back of my mind that I want to start my own company, right? Right from where I graduated from my college eso. In order to do that, I wanted toe brought on my heel, and which is why I did my MBA after that, uh, toe understand more from the business side of financial side, the marketing side and then I I focused on a career path called a software architect. So it gives you the overview off the business and technology go to fight on, which is how I shaped my career, change various jobs. And then I started my company when I got to a stage where I felt confident that I can take the world on my own on, which is when I started in a picture, which is my consulting company in 2008. Then I launched based on my field, which I'm actually primarily architecture in the financial services payment banking field. So, uh, selecting that field, I started a couple of the company's. Actually, in 2014 I started seeing pics, which is a payment company, which it's, ah payment platform on the brain region, which is the forex trading platform. Uh, those two companies also I I launched. So I think with the focus on where where I wanted to be in my life, Andi, think incremental steps towards that consciously actually helping

Yeah. I mean, even though I started in the victor in 2008 it waas in the making for a few years. I mean, since 6 4007. I started building towards that. Remember? I mean, wherever you are in which you're filled, you are the most important thing in your life. Is your relationships right? So the business is not goingto happen like overnight. It's not going to be stuff. So I work towards that. Right? So while I was employed, I started working towards that. Like you say. I mean, do experimentations, right. So do the experimentations on the side. Make sure that you get the comfortable. You could feel within yourself that you are comfortable in what you're doing. So I started working towards that, and by the time I region, by the time I made the switch on that day, everything was dead, right? So I had the contract signed with a couple of my customers. I knew exactly what I'm going to get into. So it was a pretty smooth experience. I mean, everything was built towards it on the initial few weeks, was very much blind as what I had done the the research and what? What I had worked towards eso It was a pretty smooth transition. So knows no kind off. Actually. Surprises in the initial few few weeks on the challenges obviously were there in the prior to I made the switch, right? I mean, multiple challenges. I mean, you are you come to know that? I mean, how small you are in the world when you injure outside. I was a president with enforces Pretty. I mean Global company. Pretty cushy job. Multiple teams have tried disposable, but But I think the comfort feeling was what was actually bothering me, and I actually wanted to go outside off comparison. Then you start to realize, I mean, how many things you don't know or how many things you are toe achieve when you're on your own. But I mean in every every case, right? I mean, just signing a business contract, convincing the various stakeholders itself all very challenging the second aspect waas that once I had that the bandwidth waas I knew that my resource on my time but it is going to be an issue. But I think I underestimated that because I was a consultant. So I had to work full time consultant with my clients on. Then I had to start growing my company all. So I took a boarding rules and which took away my some actually bandwidth. But no, no complaints. I mean it Waas very grilling at the beginning, but it helped me lay the right foundation.

that. That's a very broad question. We are a technology and management consulting company on there is a variety off tools my my consultants use. I mean, we're based in us, were based in Japan, were based in India, were based in Singapore. Uh, I mean, you can imagine almost everything in the world, right? I mean, all strategic transformation programs, which we run. So we are doing our digital transformation off a large, uh, bank in the U. S. Uh, we're using all the I would say that technologies which are available today We are building a I am ill algorithms for pharmaceutical industries in actually Japan s O. I mean, it's a very broad question. I mean, almost everything you can see on the world. I mean, I would say that 60 70% off that we be used at work because our clients are also like, diverse, right? We have clients in the insurance sector where we use different technologies. When when we work with the bank, there are actually different technologies. When we work in the pharmaceutical industry, we are using different technologies. We're working with a client in the gaming industry in Germany. That's a different platformI mean, I will just take the digital transformation of the bank. Right. So what are what are the technologies in world, right? I mean, if you look at the broad platforms off banking confirmation on banking technology, you talk about customer acquisition where customers go and apply to open an account. Right? So obviously all the contained related you are you x like angular react. Uh, those are what we use in the middle where I mean, obviously we build the A. P. S using either No, our job are sometimes were used, actually go long and complain also in the back end based on the various platforms that beta basis actually very from post Greece. Uh, would be, uh uh then the integration some in various integrations we use actually standards. So nowadays there is a funny open banking standard which is catching up so that customers can data. There is a standard interoperability between the companies. So we are actually adopting Fbx, which is upcoming standard here in the US Eso We have opted that also in that and obviously bring banking. There are more people off the shelf tools, including the poor banking platform. So we use a large going on in that calm render, which provides the core banking software on Ben. The risks can fraud Jakes and all multiple tools, the instant account actually verification. There is something a new warning system which actually gives that, except they put off custom software development, plus off the shelf tunes, I believe it in the market.
