Um, um I tradition the product management at a full time role around three years back at this point. And before that, in my previous team, I he was apartment. I was married, some products that my team was building. I used managing, engineering and analytics team on, and you're building products. And we didn't have any headcount for product amount of years, so I can't be doing that. Ah, how I ended up in product management. Basically a, uh they lay the responsibilities of a product manager to be a beak are accountable on and responsible for building, uh, building. Oh, comes, uh and and that's something I always, uh, wanted to. He closed two outcomes and rest more. Won't really responsibility to the that is invaded. A company is something. Draw me Jimmy George, Product management. Um, before printers only fear that not obviously it before militar the trigger. And there how I ended up, uh, building are getting an opportunity to build, uh, teams that was there was no team was doing business, analytical product, analytics and building internal tools. And there was a need for such, um we we did the world before, Actually the teams were formed, and they think that's one, um, kidded Besar, Uh, story that they want to share is, like, at least in last two, or maybe to a street transitions in make a earlier I was doing the job before I actually got started doing it performs. Okay, so, um and yeah, and before and before Twitter, ever that grad school. And before that, I worked for a few years, um, in India, in Singapore. So that's my story.

so the responsibilities are. I think I can divide me responsibilities in to, say, three different buckets. Um, one of my responsibilities around the organisation responsibilities one to the responsibility around, um, transfunctioner responsibilities and other responsibility around, um, my own. Like where I am the only person who is working on something and drink analysis or it's a picnic proof of concept designed like stocking better eso out of those three things, like organization responsibilities. A bunch of them around See hiring, mentoring woman wants. But, uh, my people who will you work with? Um, who will report to me and who? Uh, basically, I report to etcetera so that that's one part team meetings organising all hands are amazing. Like, um, day more, uh, weekly progress meeting sweetly experiment review meetings. So? So that one. Ah, cross functional work often changes about, like brainstorming stations, the big alignments, uh, review off, like product reviews on and so forth and then in the people's air, more like working with working by myself on a problem that I can see and they want to, uh, any dad dress, um, working hours again. Values and my work. Nurse, nobody is representative off. Uh, how much? Someone, Uh All right. Even heart. Something worked at Pinterest. They possibly under higher. And but angry work, maybe something between 50 to 60 hours a week. If not, it may be the less, sometimes higher. Sometimes I don't think any work more than I don't need any work. More than 60 maybe 65 hours a week. Uh, normally, there are exceptions, but yeah. Yeah, they

Angel is quite analytical and basically, uh, 80% off only Boardman. 90% of my engineers. We work with her. A primary machine learning engineers. Are they the scientists? So the toolkit I used are something more around, um, data oriented and maybe technically nature in that start. So, uh, again, the tools respect everything. The 2 to 2 kinds of tools. One is like that atomic product management tools and their some, like, actually meeting news. So project management, we use, um do we use gender, which is in a class in product? Most of our teams do follower, some declare can vaginal process with some weekly taking and planning and moving forward. Uh, we use combine boards with India or Adele process, uh, development tools we do use, uh, we use high. You've and missing high, even have sequelae. Cuba. Um, then break more 17th year uses bite. And so Ah, a lot of like I write a notebook and stuff like that. Some teams sometimes uses are, but that's a little bit more earlier. Um, or design. We use Sigma. Um and then more recently, we started using lattice or ah, basically comically meeting management and uh, otherwise a lot off. Uh, also, we have some internal tools we used quite heavily for. For the individual elation and analytics perspective, we have one internal tool, but we also use tabular or some the business you stability tabling the on internal tool. And then also we using internal, um, experimenter black from eso. The experimenter is another tool that I spend a lot of time using. On top of all of these, definitely. Thank you. Have, uh, your life revolves around some kind off, uh, document and presentation, and, uh, so I don't use a lot of, um, you're missing is that it's like a lot of things and presentations. Visually.
