This is Romit Shah here. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. So answering your first question. So before coming to the US, I was working with two major IT companies in India in the software developing team. In the span of, like, three years, I realized I was not really good at what I was doing. So I decided, you know, I needed a career transition. This is when I found out my passion lies with Data Analytics and, you know, finding insights. So with that part and I decided to come to the US to pursue my Masters in Information Systems, which was primarily focused on Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. Since graduation, I've been working as an analyst. And it has been the best career change for me.

So currently I'm working as a senior analyst at Merrick Bank in South Jordan, Utah. It is, uh, like a 15 minutes drive from home to my workplace. I mostly work 9 to 5 every day, you know, whether it is office or working from home. My responsibilities, so I'm responsible for the production of new accounts for our bank. Also, there are ad-hoc requests that we cater to whenever you know our team needs to. My work usually involves data extraction followed by analysis and conducting audits, creating reports.

So I usually work with SAS a lot, SQL and R and for database purposes you know, we work on MS SQL.
