so it's been a long journey, you know, to get toe a C suite executive role. But I will tell you one thing. Honesty, sincerity, hard work and attention to detail led me to where I am today.
so the priorities are always to ensure that we are current at every level, in the sense that if there is any question, that is, ah, uh, needs to be answered. Today's should not be, you know, dragged over to next day or morning after that's number one. The second priority is to make sure that, you know we are relevant with the market conditions, and we do not lose out any opportunities that you know we perceive or we see it in the marketplace. But we're not prepared for it, and third toe be aligned with the management all the time. These are the three priorities I would suggest, and as far as the you know, weekly work hours again, that depends. You know, if you consider work hours, including working from home, then it could always be no in excess, off 10 to 12 hours
I think one thing the student need to accept in the life is that you know, every such critical role in any company will come with a burden off politics and whether you like it or you don't like it. But you gotta be part off it. You go with the flow, Onda. If you are a professional, doing your things right does not necessarily mean that everybody will understand you the way you are. So it might take some extra was on your side toe display your honesty or sincerity, your intelligence to the management or the person. And you have to be part of the process where you sometimes you have to be careful about how people think about you rather than, you know, just saying that. Okay, you know, whatever I'm doing, everybody knows that everybody understands. So that's your except that you know, it's not a plain simple job where you get everything in a silver plate and you feel that you know everything. What you do, people are seeing as transparent as you are doing it. That's number one. Secondly, in terms of mentally prepared for the challenges, because everything a lot of different activities happening at the same time, and you will be very different heads. That does one time. So you've got to be prepared to, you know, be more Masai and more. You know, I would say more accommodating to yourself and the situation and quickly switched the position that you have taken. I mean, you cannot say, Okay, I'm currently doing one job, and that's why for next two hours, I cannot be disturbed. No, it doesn't look like that. So you have to accept that you will have to be continuously be challenged by the situation in the conditions. And you do keep that momentum and not lose the focus. What you are doing on, uh, something about obviously, you know, I did it at a very late stage in my career, but I would suggest all the young professionals to start meditating from day one, because that will help you stay focused, stay alarm and stay. Or to the activities that you are doing because, you know, without being, you know, America mentally strong enough to get things going at your end, you will have to be very careful when situation arise and you lose your business that you lose your balance of mind. And in that situation you will not be able to make the right decisions for yourself. So this is what I would suggest. Software programs are plenty, but if you have one.
