Um, they, you know, usually they have different options, depending on what options you pick. You people probably study their options, and they pick this one. But sometimes they don't know what happens. It can predict the future. That's where we're the The element of luck comes in. Um, so that's one thing. Another one is hard working. Now, if no matter wouldn't do if If you're a hard worker and then you put your heart into your work, you get your

Yeah. So responsibilities. Obviously a za chip technology officer. You're responsible for anything technology. They related. But when your sea level, you're also responsible for business a decision that the business is making. You're responsible for that, too. So, um, it's a great area. Definitely. It's well defined within the technology, but he gets gray as you get at lost the technology, and you focus on the business itself. We're working hours. Um, I am really big on the life, um, life vs board and And you know, how much time do you need to you have for yourself and how much time you have to spend your work. Um, so depending on the wheat, sometimes I spend 12 13 14 hours a day. Sometimes I decide that it's time for me to have a break and, um, and and spend less time on that, so it really varies. You define your work life balance. Um, and, uh, whatever works out for you, but, you know, it has responsibility. Sometimes you define that, and then you have to go beyond what you have defined, and it's not your choice.

When you join this, start up in a start up, no matter what it is, there are, um, you have to ability and and But that comes a lot of challenges. That's recruiting that's defining culture that's defining their processes that make sure make sure, um, people are feeling good. They love what they're doing. And so it goes with that. So that's best for seeing second thing is, um, again. But the startup, you have to build the vision for technology. So you have to listen to what business ones and deliver technology, um, to the business needs. So whatever business needs I could have, it could shape your your technology. So they're they're a bunch of challenges without, like, what? Technology. Okay, so we need to have this solution to fix this problem. Business problem. What what decision do you made in order to be able to deliver on that technology portion? A lot of lots of decisions you make you can get stuck with them. Just, um, I'm in the health care health care technology is moving slowly. You gotta I gotta have to be careful on what? With decisions that I'm making. So those are the challenges that they have throughout they. Also, there is a third component, which is security. There is, um, a, um um any health care company, you have to deal with security problems, and that's that becomes terms that become challenge.
