I would say What got me here today? WAAS Networking pure and simple. My first employer was my family's trucking company when we sold that seven years later, one of our software vendors offered me a job across the country and, uh, I took it. And there I met some friends in my neighborhood and was introduced to my current employer through one of them.and so I got to where I'm at today through a series of networking connections.

My current responsibilities are pretty simple, due in part to some help challenges of mine and some dynamic family activities. I've selected the career as a software developer. My work hours are flexible. I work early mornings and most evenings, leaving my afternoons free for my family and their responsibilities. I'll be working from home that in my home office remote from my team for nearly four years now. I travel each quarter for a full week to join my development team in person, but other than that, I work from home with the pretty flexible schedule.

The biggest challenge of my job is keeping up a change. Tools evolved, new frameworks arrive, and my approach to deal with these challenges is to not get my heart set on anyone tool. But I learned to adapt quickly, and that's the key for me to approach these challenges of constant change.
