Well, that's a great question. Um, you know, I think, uh, public, one of the biggest reasons and the biggest things that have influenced me is the ability to step back and kind of evaluate and see my strengths and weaknesses. I graduated with a masters in accounting. I now work in a global communications and marketing role. And in between there, I actually was a senior manager and HR, and so you kind of think about I really kind of looked at it. Say I have three different careers. Um, and that really has come about just because, you know, I went to school, got an accounting degree. I like to counting like numbers, but I soon realized that that necessarily was were my strengths and weaknesses work. More of my strengths were more centered on people. Um, that kind of side of things, if you will. And so that's kind of what led me down and obviously into HR to the world of recruiting on now into marketing and communications, where are doing a lot more academic community relations work still involved on the recruiting side. So I think it's ah, it's a combination comforting knowing your strengths or weaknesses. And number two you have in the, uh, being able to take risks and understand that. Hey, you know what? Maybe this might be a little bit better and willing to accept those new challenges and dive in so
Yeah. You know, right now, obviously everything's worked from home. Um, and, uh, you know, Micron has been fantastic in terms of providing, um, your tools and resource is that have made that actually very successful. I worked with people all over the world. Eso I have. You know, our team has people that say a poor Taiwan, San Jose Boise. I'm here in Utah. And so, uh, you know, that obviously requires a lot of different meanings in different times. And my primary role, my primary role within the group Look, human cases marketing is to support our talent acquisition, branding the work that we do with our Micro Adventures team, we have adventures. Team that goes out is looking to invest $100 million in a I type start ups. So I support them, and I also support a government affairs T and our K through 12 stab foundation type teams. So So, from a day to day basis, you know, my primary role is to see how we could best support them from a digital perspective to, uh, you know, content creation, um, to deal branding assets. Uh, so it's kind of all encompassing for those teams, Um, which also makes it pretty, you know, pretty fun and exciting from a work perspective, though it's just kind of varies, you know, day to day, every stuff, days, airlocks, some days, you know, maybe not quite as much going on, But, uh uh, but it's been good.
Um, yeah, but I think that, you know, one of the challenges that we face, especially with this new environment, is you know, everybody's going social, you know, socials going crazy. So how do you get engagement through social, get the right type of a message out there that doesn't see himself serving. And so we've had a lot of different meanings on that. Micron is a bit of the forefront of a lot of the things that have been taking place, whether it's the black lives, matter, movement, you know, whether it's, um, you know, that are or you know, this cove in 19. Some of the issues that we've been facing there, and so you know, we've had a lot of meetings in terms of How do you How do you get out there and get ahead of that? What we really come to a conclusion is that we really have I feel like it's it's about telling stories, especially personal stories. And so I think that that's been the approach that we've seen to be the most effective set of just putting out there. So this is a, by the way, we gave a $1,000,000 to this. You know, everybody's saying that, right? You tell the impact tell tell a story from an individual's perspective and, uh, we're finding more of an impact there. So I think that's been a big thing, you know? And the challenge of of doing that in this environment is how do you do that? Uh, you know where you can't That's a think of video crew, take up to a certain location, film things. And so how do you tell those stories? Effectively, We worked. We have a really good creative team, and I think we come up through some pretty good solutions. It's certainly not perfect. And we're still learning from it. Um, but we're continuing to evolve as a company toe. Be better with it.
