just very quick background about myself. I have a degree in computer science and MBA in finance. Um, I started as a technologist on, then quickly moved towards training. I started on the floor off New York Stock Exchange and given my technology background, I soon realized that the electronic trading and this is in early two thousands was about was sort of kind of ramping up at that stage. So I sort of kind of saw the trend and then steered my career in that direction. So I started. I went over to an all electronic options, uh, exchange International Securities Exchange and just kept building automating different type off trading algorithms, options, trading strategies. And then, in 2015 and 16, I sort of had another kind of deja vu. How Elektronik trading has changed. Wall Street or trading board in the Wall Street Digital assets off. What you what? You know, some men know as crypto currencies are sort of doing, bringing the disruption that technology has brought into different other assets, other industries. I kind of noticed the pattern that the market is moving towards digital assets and cryptocurrencies, and then decided to again pair it into this sort of new FINTECH disruption area to, uh to on established cross tower to kind of take advantage off what's happening in the industry.

is a digital asset trading platform. We are an on ramp and offer him solution to retail customers as well as large institutions. Um, digital assets in general is a very sort of complex industry for, uh, for tax savvy customers, it comes very naturally. But for many off large institutions pension funds, endowments, high net worth individuals there is a still a lot of questions about the security related toe cryptocurrencies, the risk operational risk, regulatory risk and crossed our helps them navigate through this as a class our our mission is to help mainstream digital assets growth off this asset class.

I've been working on this project for about three years now. Uh, before, like any startup, most of the startups before they get launch founders generally work in stealth mode. We worked on different type of business ideas. We talked to a lot of investors on. Also, look at sort off different type of partnerships you can do to bring the solution that you're looking into the market. So it was a really hard work off me and my co founder for at least, uh, two years we kept looking at, How are we going to bring the solution? And then when we were able to build a product, then we announced to the world, um, the challenges in the beginning are pretty much everything. As a founder, you're responsible for everything. You have to make sure that you're you're following all sorts off laws. You're looking at regulatory perspective, technology, bill, marketing, a zey as this. Of course, in the beginning, it's just you and your your founding team. You will be surprised how much you have to do. So there is definitely, ah lot of sleepless night that go into in the early stage of building a strong up
