It's definitely a good question. Uh, look, I just think that's, you know, added, I get to where I am today. It's very open. Can probably be answered in a number of different ways, right? But I think that, um, you know where I got to myself, where I got to, where I am. I was on the person that's always really valued and really appreciated human relationships and relationship building, um, from Australia. When I was 14 I moved to Europe. Uh, Switzerland and, you know, offered that I came to Boston, Massachusetts. So I had the, uh, riel the pleasure of meeting people from different cultures and different places, different countries, etcetera. And that's really kind of what drives me in my career is the opportunity to be seeing people to be getting the opportunity to meet new people, to help out other people and and obviously to make money doing it is always going to I think that really, uh, the incidents that sort of shape that were just the people that I've met along the way are, you know, you get inspired traveling around and you get inspired meeting other people. Uh, and I think that sort of that was what really drove me into this sort of spot is this opportunity to be working with many different people. It's possible, you know, nothing. That's it, OK.
in my role. What I'm tasked to do is to help clients find people to fill the jobs which they need help working on, and then define people who need to be looking to be in a new job or they're looking to make a change. I help them as well find, match them with companies I'm working with or even summon. I'm not. So you know, that can come down to me sort of prospecting new organizations or working with companies that have done previous business. But, you know, I don't want to seem like it's only just a one way street because the moment I'll come across a great profile, and then what I'll do is I'll call on companies. Using that profile, a zwelling essentially try and help see if anyone can use that kind of skill set. Um, usually the workouts in the driver Recruiting, you know, is really one of those roles way you get out what you put into it. So you know that one up that not might not necessarily translate into is necessarily the hours put in. What's really important is that you kind of appreciate that this is the job that's gonna take some. You go, you have to work for it. You know, intimate. So you know, when you're working, you're working. And for may I try and make that separation best I can. I do ever commute. And I don't work from home that much. Obviously, before coat. I'm now. I'm working from home all the time, which is not, um, but, um, yeah. I mean, outside is usually about 60 70 hours a week is probably about a good time to start with. But the good thing about recruiting as well is that once you put additional evidence for a couple is it does tend to sort of even out a little bit, and it gets a little easier.
so I'll use predominantly. Another good question, I think. Thankfully, for May I'm not the most tool, software literate fella. They said that relationships is my strong set, not the technical side. You know, I like using cells four, so you start supports a lot. I think it's extremely helpful organizational tool for someone who works in a sort of customer facing or sales job, It's a really great way to be organized and keep track of where you're looking at, where you're working and sort of who you're reaching out to. I used lived in a long time all the time. Anything where I live, I really live on lengthen. There's I'm posting there all the time. I'm looking, I'm on. I think this is my hunting ground, I suppose, and then independently in terms about the data supporters. You know, I'll use independent studies that my company kind of provides for May. But you know, that kind of information, labour, information, market information, job information, all that kind of stuff. It's usually it's usually important to kind of create like a great the image in a great profile and also to understand what you need to be doing in the market space as well. So those there what? It sounds like my faves. I mean, we always think other tools as well, but like, I think that those two of the ones that stand out the most of being the most practical
