my career and start up a zone entrepreneurs to when I were a work for a company. Come on, Nature that went, Ah, went what we call hypergrowth and then went public and then was bought by Adobe. And I had the opportunity to be with the company early on and see how it grew and extensively and then grow and then become part of a already established global company. And after many years, a decade in that journey and having all kinds of experience from start up to scale up to enterprise and public company Um, I was ready. Teoh. I really enjoyed this. Start up and and grow stage. And so after many years, I took the experience that I had left Adobe and and started my company. Our company is called Client Success, and I chose the reason why I started this company. It was it was very aligned to what My career, um, experience was around, and I saw a lot of inefficiencies and a lot of pain points in my own career and across my team, and I just had a deep passion for this area of expertise. And so that's where I started. Company client successes is, I say, to go and solve a pain Point and Teoh Chase a passion of mine in my career.
see, I started it and you know, I was a sole funder, which a lot of people have. Co founders. I was a solo founder, and I think that any time you decided to start a business there, it's a big decision not only for you, but it's a It's a It's a decision that impacts those that you love and around you. So in my case, I was I was married at the time, still am proudly and have five kids. And so it was, you know, as we went through that process, it was a lot of decisions and discussion with my wife to to make the decision of whether we're ready for this journey were what it ready to do the commitment because we wanted to be all in. We wanted to to be fully committed. And so that was a big part of the decision. And a big part of of the reality is that it's not necessarily just a founder decision. It's a family decision, and so that kind of impact, our family in that regard, um, so maybe that's one area that was interesting about the first few weeks. It's just adjusting to being working for somebody, but then having something consume your life both professionally and personally, like starting a company

It's not just about going out and just finding people who are looking for a good opportunity. You need to find early on People who are is committed, Um Aziz ur that are are willing to accept the The challenge is the uncertainties, the ups and the downs of of startup life and that can also wear multiple hats. So is when you do when you build a start of you, you're not looking for specialty is specialist. You're looking for generalised. You can wear multiple hats who are really committed. There's no job description, so they're making up making up their job description as they go. And that's one of the biggest challenges.
