um, so yeah, e think I have a long story off different experiences. Um, but if you were to summarize, uh, you said experience that shaped my story. It's a risk reward equation. So the way the way I think is set some goals, Andi, in order to maximize your ability to achieve the goals, you have to take some risk. Onda. Uh, that, in a nutshell, is you know how I would summarize by, uh, career decisions that have met me to get there? Um, so if you want me to expand, you know, the goals are very, very important on my advice to everybody is just get very clear and precise about your goals and just think back. Rest of it becomes a risk reward equation. How much risk are you willing to take to achieve your goals? So, in my example, for example, you know, I've moved around in different companies, and each of those decisions comes with a lot of risk. Andi, I was sort of compliment of that. Um um, Andi, I could have taken a very different, low risk approach to my career. And that would have definitely not different outcomes. I can't say better or worse. I've no regrets s so far, but I can get it either. If I had taken a significant lead Mawr, you know, conservative approach and not taking that mistress, then it would be very different outcomes.
Yeah. I mean, goal that I have is to drive growth in the business product innovation. Um, that is the main goal. So everything I do and is towards driving growth in the business. And, um so, uh, my position is to do that by building new and useful products for the market significantly improve existing product. That's a heavy focus on innovation. Um, that's one part of any CPS job. Second part of my job is, um, what I played with communication. Um, especially given my responsibilities around, um, security. And in every aspect of my job, a lot of it boils down to risk mitigation and having a really good handle on how to mitigate. Best for, um, those are highest level two of my responsibilities. And I get involved in all sorts off day to day job work and decisions. Uh, based on that, whether it's working on identifying new markets and new product opportunity to really getting detail about, um, no security program and understanding and mitigating withweekly work hours, I think, really, depending on ebbs and flows but a Z you can expect, you know, pretty high demanding job Take the high So you do what it takes and try to balance your, uh, personal life Onda family to the best of your abilities. Uh, but, you know, no surprises there like any. It's something similar. Pretty demanding and intense, intense John.
I think the news. We're pretty Polly Claude. Environment use a lot of different tools and technologies. Part of the reason is, well, we have grown through acquisition, and a lot of companies have been acquired. So, um, once he acquired a company, you don't immediately go and kind of rewrite everything and your chosen technology. Um, so it's a pretty polyglot environment. We have a bunch off, you know, angular react, uh, systems. We have a bunch off. Just, you know, job code. We have a lot of dark net code. Um, Aziz, you all know. I think more and more, the JavaScript and python are becoming languages of choice. So, Lord, new work is done in that, um, on the dark net side a lot off. Pretty consistent theme around the companies that I've been involved in. That you have got that first times most of the companies are moving to dark net core and running it on their necks. Um, it just becomes easier to manage if you're in AWS environment. Um, which brings me to AWS of your heavy footprint and aws. Um, so both are in terms off technologies in terms off tools that developers use and other people in the company used. Um, we have you zoom pretty heavy. You slack. Pretty heavy. Use office 3 65. Um, use a little bit of Google productivity suite. Um, so we're always evaluating office to 65 versus Google's sheets and Google World etcetera. Um, so those are some of the tools, uh, that come to mind?
