So for me, I have, first of all with everybody. And I started to be here with you Today s o for me. I have a very non linear career. Half I studying the journalism, public relations in college and after college went into sales. They work for many Internet companies that were started, set the time like Citysearch, NBC, Internet, Ticketmaster about citysearch and then ever cracked networks on. And then, about five years into my career, I took a pivot and I went into the human potential space, and I worked for famous pretty motivational speakers. For 20. I toured with Tony Robbins, Harvey Mackay, many others that people are familiar ways. And so for me, I would say that those are the things that shaped my career the most getting to work with those great minds, both things both in the startup world and learning emergency allergies and how build companies and then also working for the celebrity motivational speakers that really gave me the psychology that you could do what you need to do to start

assess the CEO everything, and they know that very broad answer. But everything is your responsibility, and most things are not Oh, so, uh, you know, it's my overall responsibility to leave the company to leave the people. Teoh focus on the large partnerships but winding down to customer support. If there's an issue with Channel, if somebody calls out sick, you know everything falls on my plate. So it's a very job. It's a very solemn, accomplishing job, and I think that that, you know, for people that are going into the field where they are leadership, that's the most frustrating thing, at least for me are the most surprising that you think. OK, I'm at this level, so I'm dealing with this level things, but you have, and then there will, of your sleeves every single day and sort of like sweet the proverbial floor

The things that I love about my job are just the creativity I have. Working with content creators at a level where you could take things were in the O. T. T the smart TV world. It's constantly evolving, constantly growing love to see what is possible. You know, I'll have a conversation with another technology company, and we'll figure out her ship that we didn't even see before. I have to say that those and I'm a very variety driven person that loved me things. I don't love to do the minutia of the details about enough to think and create and grow. Uh, the pleasant surprises are always the people to me. Yesterday, I I hosted a panel and a digital marketing expo, and we have three of our clients on, and I don't get Teoh always interact with them anymore just because, you know we grow so large and the customers of 14 does. And I was just so impressed by their passion and their compassion and what they do. Eso that's something that's always pleasantly surprising is getting to know the people and getting to really understand what drives them what they're all about.
