so basically Ah, When before he came here to us, I worked for D. C. S back in India and I had worked for two years. So I started us a friend and developer and then I progress through the three years as a friend and lead. So I have been working on multiple projects for Atlanta, mine particularly. And all of them were from us US based planes. So that's where my career kick started. I didn't have a very strong background in programming or very strong background in front end development. But as such, I had good team, good mentors, and also I was able to learn and progress myself. Ah, way into this role. So that was my foundation toe to the idea of doing my master's here at the U. S. And after like, three years of experience, I felt little confident that if I do a master's and more work to us, probably I would like to continue on the same goal so I might have ah better prospect word getting a job, a similar job. So that was my, uh, career pod on always started into this foot
uh, when he graduated here from university. If you doubt, this was back in August 2016. So I had ah couple of job offers, like one with University of Utah and then one with my current company in contact. So I started us, Ah, Web developer with the marketing team. So my room was ah, like a single phone. But and I didn't have any peers like I didn't have a team leader or anyone. So I was basically ah assigned the project off, managing all of the website, content for a nice and contact like micro sides and implementation from according perspective to anything on the digital perspective. So I was the sole person responsible for all of the's. So this was, ah, Brit on intimidating task initially. But then as I got comfortable with the role I was able to implement, it s so thanks to all the three years of experience I had with PCs, so basically, I was ableto I was the person who was doing the back end development different and Ellerman and also ah, the tech person coordinating with the marketing team on non technical aspects as well. This was a very challenging rule and also an exciting role, like our other than doing one specific part off the dollar mint. I was exposed to all of this right from render management and a disease. So you name it. So I was my title was architect, But then this was for three years. So also, when I was back with marketing, um, I had an option toe work from home before all of this school waiting came out. I was allowed to work from home most of the times. So, like, a typical week would look like two days. I would drive into office a day of work from home and again two days into office. So I had the complete freedom toe whether to work from home or whether to work from office. So that was really really ah, a blessing in disguise for me, so yeah,
so yeah, Like I said, Ah. Initially, for three years I was Abdullah Per. But back then I was working to be specific. I was working on JavaScript. Ah, angular framework. So that was, ah, being the most wanted thing at that time. So most of the companies offering of Abdullah proposition or off rent an engineer position would want you to be an expert in jealous trip. Ah, so I was using angular Js and then for the back end, be very using PHP PHP language coding. So and then we had CS says, and then we had, ah, bunch of tools for Web analytics and management. So starting from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and we had a whole stack off software on which I had to work on like, ah, most of those I didn't have experience, but ah, especially when I did my masters here. I did, Ah, specialization track on analytics. So that gave me ah, edge on some exposure with Google Analytics with Adobe analytics like I did a capstone project. So that was really, really helpful for me to shape my career. So there was one of the reasons like I had experience as a friend and developer. Also a little bit off Q. A person. But I thought Toby, full fledged friend and person. I would also need to have some experience with digital marketing site. Ah, basically, analytics are basically around around revolving around this. So that's where my master's degree help me. And that gave me, ah, full overall view off what is required out off a digital person. And I was just filling that position for my company.
