um So my name is all when I am a petroleum engineer By qualification on bond. You know, I've bean. I've got a ton of experience in terms of project management. I mean, I've been out in the field as well, so I spent a long time in the field. When I say feeling you mean on the job when you're out there, that site and you're actually hammering and greasing and doing all the work that an engineer tells you to do. So I took my time, get got myself familiarized with working, working off, you know, in the profession that I waas and then I moved into projects and project management. So until 2016, that's where I waas and, you know, being in the oil field, the oil field, you know, to convict Nosedive. And I had to look for something at that point. So I did try to do a few more things. You know, I joined Amazon for a while. That was basically as a head area manager at the warehouse, and I realized it's not something for me. I really wanted to pursue something in the tech world, and that's when I joined springboards, boot camp springboards, data science boot camp. And I did that within the last 6 to 8 months. Yeah, I completed that within 6 to 8 months and year. I am. I just finished that. I think I'm just three months down, you know, after finishing the course and currently looking for opportunities and data science.

first of all, when Nora is actually a startup and it is a startup of a friend of mine who's who's currently in the U. A. E. And it has got nothing to do with data science as if no Okay, uh, it is something we are providing. Um, e R p crm solutions. Mostly, I think specifically, Microsoft Dynamics 3 65. That's the software that we provide. Thea. Other software that we do provide and we have expertise in is LS Central and L. A Central is software for most off the retail giant's, I think, if you have eight or 10 10 stores or more. Uh, Microsoft ls Central E r P CRM software is something that we provide the configuration, the installation and continue support. Um, my basic, you know, O r. I'm currently with them. I joined it, a very, you know, initial stage just trying to build up the team. We just had one technical person, but we slowly started are starting to build up. Three entire team were hired. We were hiding for project managers and software engineers related to that. So, me, my basic duty was mainly toe orient. The team make sure our are, you know, gold are aligned. Our rate of growth is also aligned toe where we want to be, you know? Yeah. I mean, I think we're still far from achieving anything. We're just starting off in the business, But yeah, it is another. No, it's another step in the direction, as they said.startup is an absolutely tremendous challenge because when you work in our organization, the templates are made for you. Everybody is told to do a certain a certain task and a certain kind of way. And But when you come in a startup, you are defining those ways. So I mean, you gotta you again. Based on your experience, uh, you've got to make sure you tailor your approach as well because sometimes you may be too demanding based on your past experience and most cases, it's not achievable as well, so it is definitely a definitely very rewarding but very, very, very challenging.one of the biggest things that you can. I think that's something that I am continuously learning as patients when your own goals or the way you attack certain challenges probably is not the same way how other people deal with problems on you Go toe. Make sure you set expectations, tailor your expectations and bring your expectations down so that you don't feel discouraged as well. So I would say that is the biggest for me, the biggest learning, um, area as well, and also an area that that could bring any organization or any person down as well.

um currently, I'm I'm with the startup. This is mainly Microsoft Dynamics. 3 65. Andi, That's the software in terms off. You know, I don't really know the software or, you know, I I do not know the INS and out off the software, but I do have a basic idea off what the software can do, and it's eso Microsoft does provide, um, certifications for you to pursue. And I think that's something that is, um, a really good step in for you to know and understand. I mean, whatever software you're selling, you need to make sure that, you know and you understand the software. So these certifications they do provide, I think it's highly recommended to go through them. Not just, I mean, Microsoft Dynamics 3 65 for some reason, or Microsoft er pcrm solutions, for some reason have are not quite there in terms off certifications. So the best competitors that I can see Salesforce, whose certifications and there Andi are part two certifications is extremely well defined, and I think it's one of the best that I have seen. And Salesforce's Something is definitely something that I look up to in terms off certifications and even making that content available for everyone And anyone who's got a will toe do those certifications in terms of software in terms of data science. Um, I just I am proficient and beytin, Um, and all tricks and tableau these three, these three platform that I'm really familiar.
