An innovative and interdisciplinary program addressing the increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world that we live and work in.  The MICL is the first program in the world to combine the topics of innovation, creativity and leadership and draws from the areas of business, design, social sciences and arts.  A values-based approach to innovation, creativity and leadership is the foundation for the program which is based on these 8 values associated with creative and innovative practices: ⭐️ Open-mindedness⭐️ Encouraging diversity⭐️ Co-operation⭐️ Risk-taking⭐️ Leading and following⭐️ Grit⭐️ Stretching⭐️ Active involvement  8 Core Modules of the MICL program:&#x1F4DA; Technologies, Creativity and Innovation&#x1F4DA; Creative Writing&#x1F4DA; Creative Problem Solving and Leadership&#x1F4DA; The Law, Creativity and Innovation&#x1F4DA; Leading Creative Design&#x1F4DA; Delivering Innovation&#x1F4DA; The Psychology of Creativity and       Innovation&#x1F4DA; Creativity and the Creative Industries  Dissertation: A Design Thinking Study: Developing a prototype of a mobile commerce consumer to consumer app. Main purpose: To use IDEO’s approach to Design Thinking in order to develop a usable mobile commerce consumer to consumer app prototype.  The prototype was developed using IDEO’s design thinking process and design thinking tools through a collaborative approach with key stakeholders. The prototype was tested for usability and user acceptance resulting in a final multi-functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This study contributed to the field of design thinking, usability testing and user acceptance testing of mobile apps by providing research specifically on consumer to consumer commerce apps which has not been explored.Additional work: Partnered with a team of 3 to develop the first leadership masterclass: ‘Creative Leadership: Setting the Stage for Innovation’, offered to executives and senior managers through the Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice.
