Finaplex was the leader in wealth management technology. Customer list included Wells Fargo, Harris Direct/eTrade, Bear Stearns, ADP and First Republic.  Broadridge (NYSE:BR) acquired Finaplex in 2007.- I was responsible for the architectural design, development, delivery and maintenance/enhancements of Data Consolidation product.- Worked with product managers on roadmaps, defining product scope, create and meet accurate schedule estimates, and facilitating executive management review.- Lead onshore and offshore development teams for a successful beta release of ProVisor Wealth. ProVisor Wealth is an integrated broker desktop powered by Finaplex Wealth, and is backed by ADP’s Brokerage Processing Services Engine (BPSA). I also worked with ADP and Finaplex product/technical teams in JAD sessions, defined product scope, schedule, and releases. - Serve as conduit of information by working closely with product development, professional services, QA, Sales, and outside vendors (Pershing, Cash Edge etc). Personnel responsibilities for the engineers on the team, performances reviews, and also build out an offshore team through our development partner.
