I was responsible for three core clients requiring me to balance multiple concurrent projects to ensure they were technically correct, all deadlines were met, and client expectations were exceeded. I gained experience in the following areas: * Continuous improvement of client integrity management procedures * Integrity assessment of transmission lines, non-mainline piping, and cased pipeline segments * Knowledge of NACE SP-0502 (ECDA) and SP-0206 (ICDA), government regulations (49 CFR Part 192), as well as general industry practices * Remediation of pipelines cathodic protection systems * Creation of training material for various corrosion and integrity related courses * Design of mitigation systems for AC interference based upon testing and modeling * Assessment of pipeline anomalies including remaining strengths using RSTRENG/KAPA softwares * Development of engineering processes and standards While working at Mears I also took on the additional leadership roles: * Lead an engineering team tasked with improving the quality of the engineering departments reports by creating and updating review processes, report standards, and report writing guidelines.&#x2028; * Vice-chair position on Go Green Committee responsible with organizing, coordinating, and tracking the implementation of a company wide environmental management system.
