Part of a group of 7 individuals from offices across the US that was tasked with opening up the first international office.  Initially responsible for hiring, training, and managing new employees which resulted in growth of the office to over 35 people in just 2 years. Received basic training in Canadian Labor Laws but was required to continue growing that knowledge through personal study in order to provide the best service for both employees and clients. For each client need, ranging from Web Developers to Solution Architects, I needed to gain an in depth understanding of the technical requirements, team culture, as well as the full scope of the project. Clients included but weren't limited to; RBC, TD Bank, Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Scotiabank, ADP, and Microsoft.

Worked with technical executives to help build teams to best fit the company’s culture, budget, and needed skillsets. Daily responsibilities included new client meetings, existing client relationship management, interview sit-ins, and management of the recruiters back in the office.  Team management varied from 3 people locally up to 30 people nationally for larger projects. Trained and promoted 2 individuals from the Recruiter in Training role to Account Management. Responsible for maintaining website and event calendar accuracy using Ticketfly and Wordpress, while also assisting in Facebook contests, ticket sales, and general inquiries. Implemented a Facebook contest that increased page "Likes" by 2000 in only 6 hours.

  Built in the 1920s, the Gothic Theatre used to be a place for Denver residents to flock to for silent films. After a couple friends saved it from destruction in 1988, the Gothic is now one of the world’s premiere music venues. The Gothic hosts chart invading superstars but never strays too far from its neighborhood roots. The updated venue lays down opportunities for local up-and-comers and is immersed in the local indie scene. It's not often a place can keep with the trends and still retain the flavor of the underground. In either respect, it is the ideal place to listen to your favorite bands while being surrounded by the art-deco architecture of the early 20th century.
