- Lead the strategy and tactical execution of all customer acquisition marketing for SearsPartsDirect.com. Deliver new channels and growth opportunities through rigorous strategic planning, hiring top talent and professionalizing each marketing channel.- Lead internal paid search function across Sears Home Appliance and Services division, saving 5 business units administrative overhead while simultaneously growing attributable revenue within the channel. Collaborate with multiple business units, online business unit, finance and marketing partners to ensure alignment of their paid search team with business objectives and KPI’s.- Responsible for managing Mid 8-figure marketing spend, delivering online and offline revenues across the acquisition channels (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, Datafeed, Display Retargeting, Marketplaces, Youtube, Repair Help Content and Email).- Work with Merchandising, Product Management, Business Analytics, and Finance, to drive effectiveness of marketing investments via promotions, landing page testing, site enhancements, and other revenue-enhancing initiatives.- Manage a team of 24 digital marketing professionals, provide training, mentorship, career development, and growth, to maximize productivity and job satisfaction. - Select, negotiate and onboard best-in-class agencies and vendor partners to drive performance of select marketing channels when and where appropriate.
