In this role I developed the overall growth strategy for my company (Nanowire Optics & X-ray components), leveraging businesses of parent companies and their geographical locations to get competitive advantage. Established alliances, fostered partnerships, and enhanced relationships with key OEM customers worldwide. Executed long term OEM contracts with major consumer electronics (Direct Display, Augmented Reality), defense, and analytical/process/test instruments companies in North America, Europe, and Asia. Developed adjacent markets in Security & Auto industry and implemented ITAR compliance. I served as a key member of the Senior Management Team to provide guidance to Research and Development, Operations, and Business Development. I monitored market segmentation, pricing & ROI analysis, and commercial contracts.
