Was the founding VP Operations.Responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Comverse Billing operational (non-manufacturing) policies, objectives, and initiatives. Including direct responsibility and management of Business operations, planning and control, Off Shoring / our sourcing, processes, quality and IT. Developed operational policies & processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations while adapting to local work laws, mentalities and cultures across 5 continents. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is involved in the position.    Led the integration of Kenan Billing, a 1100 employee company which was acquired from CSG systems, into Comverse.
