Lead all aspects of major M&A transactions, including divestitures,  for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Group. Successfully divested 46 brand divestitures for J&J in 20+ transactions worth over $3 billion. Executed numerous license, option and other business development agreements.


Lead divestiture efforts in the Consumer Group. Also responsbible for trademark licensing as well as other license, acquisition and alliance transactions.


Direct global license, acquisition and divestiture efforts for Topical Health, Intimate Health, Hair ReGrowth and OTC Eyecare for the Johnson & Johnson Group of Consumer Companies.


Responsible for the Division strategic plan. Lead evaluation of strategic projects. Direct competitive intelligence function and market research for new business initiatives. Responsible for global business development for eye care and new therapeutic categories.•Led the FTC mandated divestiture transactions which resulted in the sale of Zantac to BI for $509 million and 5 brands to Chattem for $410 million. Deals were completed in record time, under intense scrutiny and for high value.•Directed the evaluation and negotiation which led to the licensing of a novel technology for an ophthalmic specialty pharma product.•Completed the acquisition of Purell hand sanitizer. Directed the transition team. Awarded Licensing Executive Society Deal of Distinction for the innovative structuring of this agreement.•Completed license and supply agreement for an innovative state of the art patented packaging system for ophthalmics.

Identified target areas for business development for each category and led evaluation of leads and negotiation of deal terms.	Completed license and supply agreement for new Rolaids formulation, including resolution of complex intellectual property,  deal structure and manufacturing issues. 	Finalizing Option and Development agreement and license agreement for an innovative state of the art patented packaging system for Visine.	Completed license and supply agreement for new Benadryl fast melt product. Involved complex restructuring of an existing agreement to allow for the addition of new SKUs and formulations.	Liaison for the transition Program Office for the Pharmacia acquisition.
