Support implementation partners with SoapUI and REST.  Troubleshoot and resolve various issues for SaaS product while managing customer expectations.  Discover and report bugs then own the bug through Jira until patching is complete.  Create, maintain and adjust documentation for knowledge base; documentation could be customer-facing, internal or both.  Successfully manage up to 60 service requests per day.
