I founded a digital healthcare services firm that uses technology and global delivery to help hospitals scale their clinical diagnostic needs across multiple modalities and specialties. In this capacity, I oversaw the daily operations and strategic business growth initiatives, including cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.


In this role, I architected and executed digital transformations across a business intelligence team into a full spectrum analytics center. I also designed prescriptive and predictive analytics and implemented targeted processes to boost insights across sales, operations, compliance, and finance functions. Selected highlights include: 	Created and implemented a totally new organizational design, recruited new leaders and SMEs, and built advanced analytics capabilities in global environments 	Improved deal velocity and approvals by 20% and resource utilization by 10% through business insights.  	Recognized for enabling a 30% cost reduction in annual spend across BI and analytics units. 	Directed the consolidation of a 15-vendor organizations to a champion-challenger model.	Established an internal governance process and related structure while creating future-state Azure & SAP HANA based BI platform.

Managed a large global team of client service leaders, innovators and consultants.  Selected highlights include: 	Led team to develop targeted retail analytics models and related reporting processes for Nike.com.	Helped increase Revenue per share by delivering projects on Bing Ad Monetization, business planning & forecasting and business performance and management team.   	Created strategic business plans and partnerships that enabled rapid revenue growth and account expansions.
