Who are we? Experienced process transformation professionals who pragmatically approach complex business problems. We apply a disciplined approach to re-design, digitize and transform End-to-End (ETE) processes focused on improvements in the client and employee experience. We have finance, risk, technology and operations backgrounds and consulting skills to work collaboratively on an ETE basis to develop and syndicate solutions.What do we do? We use analytics and insight on an ETE basis to change the dialogue and engage stakeholders to successfully change attitudes, behaviour and culture. We apply thought leadership and proven methods to digitally rethink and redesign processes to ensure that future state processes and operating models are future ready in the context of the desired client and employee experience. We focus on quick wins while executing for the medium to longer term. We will work with you to develop an impactful and culturally appropriate approach to execute the required change. Why are we different? We believe that traditional re-engineering offers very little value in today's’ rapidly evolving digital world. Fixing a form or a sub process without an ETE view of the client journey or the employee experience is a waste of precious resources and time. We lead with analytics and insight and look at the whole process and all of its operating dimensions (strategy, policy, capability, org design, tools and technology). Typically an outside-in perspective is required to address ETE issues and discuss those issues in the context of the ETE journey and employee experience. We are highly collaborative and effective at enabling difficult conversations driven by analytics-based insight. Responsible for working across technology and operations to better align technology and operations with the business. Provided thought leadership regarding business and operational effectiveness, controls and risk.  Secretary of the Strategic Project Office (SPO). Worked through the SPO to align project spending and execution priorities with CIBC's strategy and business partner priorities. Worked to establish COE's in strategic workforce management, EPMO, outsourcing/bpo governance and process management.
