Managed the Value Engineering team, responsible for software maintenance of deployed product throughout the United States. Value Engineering was a distributed team with engineers in three offices in the US and Canada. Developed and implemented process improvements that increased the firm's ability to provide maintenance to a broad product line.



      Rocket Gaming Systems
  

Managed IT department for the Clark County Court System. Administered the implementation of an Enterprise Case Management (ERP) System. Acted as the IT subject matter expert on all IT issues, interfacing with both the Judges and the Court administrative staff.


Database development to support the Aristocrat Oasis Casino Management System. Worked on both support and new development.

Consulting practice included data architecture, business / software process improvement, and business research & analysis.


Worked as a subcontractor for Inacom Information Systems.  Developed and delivered training plans in .NET and SQL Server database development.
