Model used by Product to influence site experience to higher conversion-probability activities.-Implemented a user-action focused subscription cancellation prediction engine. Also used by the product team to make inferential decisions on testing.-Implemented a search-term classifier using modern NLP techniques to map user searches to an underlying content Topic hierarchy.
