Part of the leadership team, I oversaw the group’s learning platforms and products. This encompassed the traditional learning systems (LMS), knowledge management systems, and more modern experiences like MOOCs (open edx), learning paths and gamification and finally the BI systems to support our impact analysis and planning.


I assembled a team of experts to form a center of excellence and lead innovation in the digital learning space. During that time we introduced new online learning methods including MOOC, learning paths and gamification. We also raised the quality of our instructional design practices and analytics.We partnered with INSEAD, Wharton, London Business School and Accenture to develop world-class MOOCs to certify our Sellers and Consultants who seek to help customers in their Digital Transformation journey.

Led the engineering of the Podcasting Kit for Sharepoint product, its open-source release, on-going maintenance and support. Deployed the solution internally within Microsoft and assembled a team to market and sell channels, video production and webcast services. Then engineered “Infopedia” – Microsoft’s internal knowledge management solution – and deployed page and publishing services across the company.

Led a community initiative to train and certify 10,000 Developers and Architects worldwide on Microsoft .NET across top system integrator (Accenture, CapGemini, HP, Satyam, Unisys, TCS).
