I am lucky enough to lead the various marketing teams at Zappos.com & 6pm.com. Teams include: Traditional Brand Marketing (TV, OOH, etc.), SEM, PLA, Affiliates, CSE, Site Merchandising, Brand Partnerships (co-op), Social, Email, Business Development, Gift Cards, SEO, Analytics, and Emerging Platforms. In marketing acquisition we operate SEM & Google Shopping (PPC), affiliate marketing, and Amazon Ads. We couple data analytics and user experience surveys with the traditional brand marketing to determine lift from TV, out-of-home, podcasts, influencer marketing, and direct mail. In emerging platforms we operate as the incubator group for Zappos marketing. Thus, we test new paid search, display, social, and email platforms. We also look for opportunities to test and expand our knowledge of the traditional marketing mediums. Zappos at Work is a B2B Footwear venture started by marketing. In the early days, it has already seen several large clients enlist because of Zappos value propositions and amazing customer service.  Zappos Discovery is our newest initiative, in which we are creating a middle marketing funnel to create unique and genuine content to capture our customer’s share of attention.  We utilize social media (Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram) to drive engaging content at the right time, with an elevated look and feel.

I was honored to be the first part-time student to become Managing Editor of Gaming Law Journal. I was selected to be a Student-Attorney for the inaugural class of the Small Business and Non-Profit Clinic. I created company bylaws, articles of incorporation, numerous contractual agreements, and a litany of legal memoranda. Further, I performed 501(c)3 audits, drafted IP transfer agreements, and host of other legal duties for my clients.
