Most of my current research is in the areas Digital Innovation, Systems Design and IT-enabled Sustainability Initiatives. Digital Innovation describes technology practices by which organizations seek to improve their business models and provide new products and services to consumers. Systems design is an approach for analyzing and building software as well as organizational systems, by starting with models of how an organization works. IT-enabled Sustainability Initiatives concern how organizations handle large-scale change initiatives with the aim to reduce their environmental footprint.
