As a quality assurance lead, my duties included the cosmetic and system testing of all localized versions of WordPerfect and Office for Unix, trouble shooting, writing testing scripts, logging bugs, performing configuration management duties, coordinating the testing efforts of the other testers, scheduling timely product releases, writing macros and testing procedures.
