Sell Consulting Services Corporation (SCS, Corp) was formed in 1980 to provide property management, bookkeeping services, and business formation and evaluation services for affiliated and nonaffiliated persons and/or entities. The corporation has organized and maintained the books and records for approximately 20 privately offered limited partnerships and three publicly registered limited partnerships. The scope of the services performed includes investor correspondence, distributions to investors, and financial reporting. From 1987 through 1989 the corporation was responsible for the management of a 247 space mobile home park and from 1987 to 1992 the administration of a residential homeowners association. From 2000 through 2002, the corporation was responsible for the predevelopment demolition and subdivision infrastructure construction of an 81-acre subdivision.
