I have my own financial services consulting company, where I currently have a contract with Citigroup in the area of Third Party Risk Management, involved in a variety of things including the enterprise transformation project to migrate the current state, Third Party Risk Assessment Process (specific to Third Party Risk Management), to the future state, enterprise-wide risk management process.

I manage a small team of R&D staff in Operations and Technology Risk Management Global Strategy analyzing all manner of operational risk data utilizing state of the art techniques including text analytics for unstructured or semi-structured data such as control assessment reports. Additionally, I have created a conceptual framework for risk scoring and tiering Citi's enterprise-wide array of suppliers that is currently being implemented. My enterprise supplier risk management model is based on risk-profiling suppliers' relationships with Citi to determine an inherent risk score and deriving a residual risk score after considering the application and effectiveness of all material control treatments.
