As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, I partner with various managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a strategic plan to hire the most qualified candidates in a cost effective and timely manner. Responsible for developing and managing a network of recruiting resources – i.e. Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators, Industry Conferences (GPU Technical Conference, CVPR – Computer Vison Pattern Recognition, Blackhat, Siggraph, etc.), external postings and talent marketing (meetup’s, happy hours, tech talks).
