In this role, I oversaw the development and execution of revenue growth strategies while leading teams in all aspects of consumer experience optimization, product development, product innovation, and technology integration. Further, I held ownership over all aspects of P&L, business model, branding, market research, commercialization, platform, mobile, business development and licensing. Following is a short list of some of my accomplishments within this position: ♦ I led the design and implementation of new platforms to drive a 5-year revenue CGAR of 15% and EBITDA CAGR of 45%, to increase retail growth from 35K to 75K locations, as well as securing an annual $500M+ in platform-wide revenue. ♦ I oversaw product launch to improve TouchTune’s sales, resulting in interest from Searchlight Capital Partners; negotiated to facilitate company acquisition to drive a 2.1x cash growth and a 22% IRR fund improvement for 3i Group.♦ I successfully led product launch for 10+ major devices and services over a five-year period while overseeing a complete “next-generation app” redesign of the mobile consumer experience to trigger a 30% revenue growth; recognized by Harvard Business School as an expert in product launch.♦ I was recognized for launching the company’s first-ever external platform and developer program.♦ I managed the development of a business plan for a $15M investment, gaining board approval to offer startup consultations for a new PaaS venture based in Menlo Park to capitalize on the $200B+ full-service restaurant market. ♦ I conducted market research and business prospecting on 100+ design, engineering, and technology companies while appraising 200+ new business deals to identify strategic alliances and to achieve deals with Intel, AT&T Wireless, Vantiv, and others that resulted in significant business growth and brand elevation.
