Consulted with management and business users to determine their needs acting as a liaison between them, customers, software developers, and IT staff, further translating needs into software requirements and designing systems to meet these business goals.  Lead the requirements gathering, RFP, evaluation, testing and implementation to over 400 users of an enterprise content management system (OpenText); facilitating organization and consolidation of over TB of data spread across seven file servers. Managed interns and temporary employees assigned to various projects; giving guidance and direction as needed. Designed/developed several systems and processes throughout 17 departments; configuring new software, or use existing systems in new ways to accomplish additional or different needed outcomes. Maintained purchased applications and systems; became a super user and ensured that DMBA was leveraging system functionality, matched towards business needs while recommending solutions/improvements through new or existing technology. Maintained IT Documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, architecture overview diagrams, and various other content.

Developed and implemented overall website strategy, re-design project plans, and fully functional mockups of over 150 pages Implemented successful website redesign on time and met all customer and business needs and requirements.
