I identify opportunities and manage deals to consolidate companies and assets with nuanced approaches to delivering healthcare bringing them in-house to broaden the capabilities of our artificial intelligence (AI) healthcare platform.  I support the investment strategies of the financial engineering as the scientific advisor to data scientists generating models to diligence therapeutic assets. I manage, design, and conduct financial due diligence processes related to biomedical projects in support of our efforts. Additionally, I research and develop innovative new funding structures and business models to help  manage risk and support their financing needs while evaluating funding options and tracking developments and pricing in the capital markets.

Developed and authored IP on an RNA focused platform therapeutic technology. Produced investment pitch that highlighted the capabilities of the invention and secured buy-in from key investors. In the lab of Dr Jeff Fredberg I study the effects of respiratory viral (rhinovirus) infection on the physical determinants (i.e. cell-cell, cell-ECM interactions) of epithelial morphogenesis and repair during asthma pathogenesis and exacerbations. My project(s) involves advanced microscopy techniques and novel image analysis approaches to probe the biophysical response , specifically the jamming and unjamming transition, of the epithelial layer to respiratory infection.

Responsible for preparing tissue specimens for ultra-cellular examination, operating the electron microscope to evaluate material, performing digital photography of specimens and gathering information and data in order to assist pathologists with diagnoses.

Performed electroneurodiagnostic procedures (EEGs) in the epilepsy monitoring unit  as well as provided technical interpretation in department of neurology.

My project combined high resolution imaging techniques including cryo-electron microscopy with cryo-fluorescence microscopy to understand the mechanistic and structural changes of both the virion and cellular environment required for poliovirus genome delivery in vitro.
