I took the business over in 2011 and rebuilt the severely outdated and non-compliant organizational infrastructure while leading the company through a series of environmental, litigious, and operational problems.  Key responsibilities and projects included:• Led team managing 200,000+ sq. ft. of retail, office, and residential property across 14 sites• Led litigious sale of shopping center for $18M, 20% above valuation at inheritance – managed marketing, contract negotiation, and closing with team of 2 brokers, 2 attorneys, and property management firm• Corrected 50+ years of non-compliant transactional recordkeeping, constructing searchable file system and reconciling County Recorder’s ownership records with chain of title histories
