- Excecuted data analysis and processes reengineering interventions for the administration of the CB Mexico.- Coordinated 10 pharmaceutical companies to implement a nationwide medicine distribution debit card based system, resulting in a 5.3% drug expenditures reduction.- Established health policies for disease prevention. Launched an over-weight and high-cholesterol identification program covering 14,000 beneficiaries. Collaborated with medical teams to enroll 200 affiliates in a diabetes, hypertension and ischemic heart disease prevention program.- Devised a fraud detection statistical method; automated identification of healthcare resources misusage, leading to the evaluation of 150 possible fraudulent users.
