I manage a team of designers that create motion graphics, media, display advertising, email, and landing pages for all of the Digital Marketing business unit at Adobe. My team specializes in photography and does various print and interactive design.My team helps develop well-conceived, creative video/multimedia that supports Adobe's brand strategy. I work on various film and video projects from all groups within Adobe and work with internal creative staff members, agencies/vendors, and freelance video artists. I work directly with the ECD to develop a creative strategy for video at Adobe that insures our Producers develop content that is in line with the overall company's campaign goals and direction. This also includes Studio guidelines and stylistic direction to internal teams and external agencies. My team works on various projects from concept to completion, including solving complex business issues through great storytelling. It's my responsibility to ensure our content is effective and our stories we create through video are characterized by humanity, emotion, genuineness, and authenticity.
