- Headed a cross-functional team in the implementation of Skillport, a cloud-based content delivery platform, for 15,000 CMU students.- Coordinated with Enterprise Content Management team to create electronic forms with approval workflows to replace paper registration forms and applications for Student Affairs. Created test cases and conducted QA on forms. Established and led monthly trainings for university staff and faculty. - Successfully resolved over 99% of user issues for Student Affairs’ electronic forms and processes without escalation. Selected by ECM team for additional projects due to high level of user support.- Managed logistics and administration for a competitive scholarship program and a cultural exchange program with CMU’s Qatar campus. Implemented new online organizational systems to communicate with program advisor while she served as Interim Dean at CMU-Qatar in 2018-2019.- Redesigned Student Affairs’ website using web analytics and best practices.
