Executive Compensation Specialist at Google

I specialize in designing, implementing, and managing pay programs for executives, enabling Google to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. In addition, I help develop materials to support Alphabet's board of directors, specifically the Leadership Development & Compensation Committee.
